Gorge Soccer Association
Gorge Soccer is looking to add a new paid position to our Technical Staff ... Academy Director. The Academy Director will be working under the guidance of our Technical Director, Jamie Ackinclose with our skills academy throughout the year, also assisting in weekend monitoring of teams, etc. This is a part-time position (ie approximately 16-20 hours/week)
In addition to the above, we are also looking for the following (Position Descriptions are linked below):

Following a long illness, Ron passed away peacefully on November 17, 2015, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 11, 1928 in Regina, Saskatchewan. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Beverley; his children Karen (David) Barclay, Cameron (Lisa) McClure, and Susan (David) Brown; nine grandchildren (and spouses/partners); three great grandchildren; and extended family. Ron worked for the Government of BC for 40 years and was one of the original "T" (Typewriter) Boys.
He was also a builder, alumni, former President and long-time supporter of the Gorge Soccer Association. Ron will be greatly missed by his family and so many friends. Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at Victoria General Hospital for their excellent and compassionate care.
Gorge and Lakehill will be holding joint U15 Girls Gold assessments for the upcoming 2016/17 season.
- Saturday, June 4th @ Braefoot: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
- Saturday, June 11th @ Hampton: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
We will be looking to name most of the roster with these assessments. This will be a pooled team, based at Gorge.
